"Ayurveda, which includes Yoga, has been my life’s foundation for over 25 years. Based on simple yet powerfully effective laws of nature, this ancient healing science from India has cradled me through and through. By embracing Ayurveda as a way of life, I have been able to maintain the vitality I need to journey on this earth with grace and ease.
I humbly offer my services as Ayurvedic Health Counselor to help individuals achieve and maintain health, wholeness and peace. I also offer an integrative approach to bodywork using therapies that combine Eastern and Western modalities to bring relief to present conditions and reset the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself.
It is such an honor to work with my clients and embrace wholeheartedly what I love to do, which is to facilitate one’s healing, including my own. I consider the alchemy that occurs between therapist and client during a session sacred work."
